in Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade. 

Suitable properties will be priced from $1,000,000 to $70,000,000.  They may be listed with licensed real estate brokers or we can deal directly with owners and REO lenders as required. 

We have our own sources of funds, so BCP will not require owner financing to close on contracted properties.
